Membership Membership Levels Click on an application to the left for specific details on Full and Basic membership. Full and Basic members contract ice from September through June. For hockey private lessons a Club hockey membership is required (see application).
The Board of Directors of The Skating Club of Hingham determines the types and number of classifications which divide the membership of The Skating Club of Hingham. The Board of Directors of The Skating Club of Hingham sets the amounts of the various fees and assessments of The Skating Club of Hingham. The Board of Directors of The Skating Club of Hingham determines the privileges of the membership of The Skating Club of Hingham. The Board of Directors of The Skating Club of Hingham provides the discipline for The Skating Club of Hingham. These Bylaws encourage the membership to take an active part in the affairs of The Skating Club of Hingham.
The Skating Club of Hingham limits full membership to “Eligible Skaters” according to the rules of the United States Figure Skating Association (USFS).
Member in Good Standing A "Member in Good Standing" is defined as a member with no unresolved indebtedness to The Skating Club of Hingham and is not presently under suspension for any violation of these By-Laws and/or the "Rules and Regulations" of The Skating Club of Hingham.
